Ligo is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

When you join the waiting list or apply as a design partner, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- Full name.
- Work email.
- Company and role.
- The banks you need and the ERP you use.
- Any message you choose to send us.
This website does not use cookies. We measure visits with aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals.
3. How we use the data
We use this data to contact you about Ligo and to decide which banks we build first.
4. Banking data
During the pilot phase Ligo runs with zero custody: it does not store its customers’ banking data and does not hold funds.
